Is your little one struggling to sit? Or maybe the sit really well but have no desire to move in or out of the position. Do they still struggle to keep their balance if they are playing with a toy? Do you use floor sitting devices a lot?
This is the program for you! It is a 6 week program that introduces a new exercise each week for you and your little one to work on. You can choose the self-paced and do it on your own with them, or you can opt into the virtual option. The virtual option gives you have access to a pediatric PT once a week for 20-30 minutes to help you troubleshoot each exercise as well as answer your questions.
