Are you looking for ways to help your little one get in and out of standing? Maybe improve their ability to stand at support and reach for toys or other objects? Get them ready to start walking?
This is the program for you! It is a 6 week program that introduces a new exercise each week for you and your little one to work on. You can choose the self-paced and do it on your own with them, or you can opt into the virtual option. The virtual option gives you have access to a pediatric PT once a week for 20-30 minutes to help you troubleshoot each exercise as well as answer your questions. (*The virtual option does replace physical therapy and is there to support your progression through the program*)
