Does your little one hate tummy time? Are you struggling to figure out how to get the minimum of 60 minutes a day in? Are you looking for ideas to make this easier for you and your little one?
This is the program for you! It is a 6 week program that introduces a new exercise each week for you and your little one to work on. You can choose the self-paced and do it on your own with them, or you can opt into the virtual option. The virtual option gives you have access to a pediatric PT once a week for 20-30 minutes to help you troubleshoot each exercise as well as answer your questions.
