Starfish therapies is offering Video Running Analysis to look at your child’s or teenager’s:
- Strength
- Cadence
- Movement Patterns
The video analysis allows us to quickly assess any movement assymmetries/abnormalities that may lead to inefficient running patterns and potential injury. If there is currently a new or nagging injury this can look at solutions for remediating the causes. After completing the analysis your therapist will be able to identify weaknesses or abnormal movement patterns in your athlete and give you options on how to improve your athlete’s overall performance.
