Starfish therapies is offering Functional Movement Screens (FMS) to look at your child’s or teenager’s:
- Strength
- Flexibility
- Movement Patterns
The FMS has 7 component to quickly assess flexibility, strength, and movement asymmetries/abnormalities. After completing the FMS, your therapist will be able to identify weaknesses or abnormal movement patterns in your athlete and give you options on how to improve your athlete’s overall performance
